I just got back from my harvesting at the Co Op. What a blessing this has been. Yummy Yummy produce. I also bought a 30 lb bag of Hatch green chili to roast.

LOL..you guys kill me! IS this that fruit/veggie co-op? I need to do that again, now that I am actually EATING veggies and fruit!
Last time I got it, I had 20 apples and they were sort of mushy so I made an awesome/fattening apple pie? See how I do, take something healthy and make it BAD!!
